What is the PHOENIX Program?
A transformative and intensive self-healing experience using psilocybin as a tool to access hidden parts of the psyche and higher self. When used intentionally and in a safe environment, psychedelic medicine can be a powerful catalyst for change and rebirth – hence the PHOENIX name.

OUR SIGNATURE 1:1 PROGRAM INCLUDES…

SAFETY SCREENING

Our Intake Team will discuss any safety concerns from your Intake Assessment. Together, we’ll decide if this is a good fit. Any safety concerns not arising during Screening may arise during Intake.

INTAKE & ONBOARDING

You will complete a series of digital intake forms, including those required by Oregon Health Authority as well as our own. These only need completed once and are held on file for one year. You will select a Facilitator to work with, or we will help match you.

PREPARATION

You will work 1:1 with your Facilitator through a Preparation phase, which is customized to your personal factors including medical/mental health history and intentions. Your Facilitator may also recommend some self-led Preparation activities.

PSILOCYBIN SESSION

You will spend most the day at our Center in your own private reserved room of choice. Elements such as dosing, music, ceremony etc will be customized to your needs. Your Facilitator will help you settle in with the medicine then hold space while your journey commences.

AFTERCARE

You will be provided with instructions for immediate aftercare the night after your session as well as the first few days. You’ll be told what to expect, how you may feel different afterward and your Facilitator will check in to see how you are.

INTEGRATION & ONLINE COMMUNITY

Your Program includes a 1:1 Integration Session with your Facilitator about a week after your psilocybin experience, but much of the Integration phase is ongoing and self-led. This is an opportunity to reprogram old habits and thought patterns into new more adaptive patterns. Additional Integration Programs are available, and all clients are invited to participate in our private Online Community. This is included FREE for life.

A SIMPLE, ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICING MODEL

Fractal Soul offers simple, all-inclusive pricing that covers Facilitator & Staff wages, your private room reservation, AND $100 credit toward your psilocybin dose (this purchases 20mg). Clients choosing higher doses will add a small incremental fee of $5/mg.

Psilocybin 1:1 Programs are primarily service-based. Two-thirds of the cost of the program goes toward providing a living wage to our Facilitators and other support Staff. Psilocybin is a small portion of the overall program investment – typically less than 10%.

We do not set our pricing according to what ‘everyone else is doing’. Our pricing is set as fairly as possible to cover company expenses, provide a livable wage for our Staff, and spend ample time with each client. While we are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive Service Center in Oregon, our focus is always on creating maximum value (ROI) for clients via lasting outcomes and a delightful experience start to finish.

1:1 Programs are a custom, high-value service. They require greater financial investment due to their highly customized nature. For individuals unable to afford a 1:1 service, please inquire about our Group Programs. Groups are more affordable as Facilitator wages are shared between participants.

Clients may pay their full program balance except the psilocybin cost by credit card. The psilocybin ‘credit’ of their program fee (plus any extra dose chosen) must be paid with cash onsite the day of your session. Our payment plans are flexible and only require 25% deposit to book your Facilitator & date/room choice. Do you have a waitlist?

In general we have plenty of capacity to handle even last-minute PHOENIX bookings. We do not take clients less than one week out, in order to provide appropriate Preparation and get into a helpful, ready mindset for the session. Past that, availability comes down to the Facilitator you’d like to work with, and the Room you’d like to be in for your session. Different Facilitators & Rooms have different bookings per month. Clients who want a specific Facilitator, Date & Room combo may need to wait a bit longer than clients with flexible plans. In general, weekends are busier than week days. We are almost always able to accommodate clients wishing to have their session within 30 days.

Am I eligible if I’m taking SSRI/SNRI/SARI medication? What about other substances?

Yes, you may take psilocybin if you are on SSRI medication. Depending on your medication dosage and the length of time you’ve been on it, you may need anywhere from 1.3x to 2x the psilocybin dosage as a client not on these medications. It can take anywhere from 3 to 4 months for the brain to adjust after weaning off SSRI’s – so for clients currently on these medications, we often don’t recommend titrating off, just dosing your psilocybin higher. Other substances that impact serotonin sensitivity (and thus psilocybin efficacy) include cannabis, alcohol, opioid pain medications, and benzo class medications. Opioids and benzo’s will prevent a client from experiencing the desired effects of psilocybin, so we recommend you work with your healthcare provider to formulate a plan if you are on these medications.

What dosages do you recommend for therapeutic benefit?

Dosing considerations will be discussed in detail between you and your facilitator, but our general guidance is 20-28mg for non-SSRI clients with an average of 24mg, and 32mg to 48mg for SSRI clients with an average of 36mg. Natural sensitivity/tolerance and blunting medications/substances are the two primary factors influencing dosing strategy, as well as prior experience and intention. Your Facilitator will help you formulate a custom dosing plan for you based on your internal and external factors.

What mushrooms do you carry?

We have tested several strains of Cubensis mushrooms and have centered in on one primary strain. We now proudly serve SHAKTI, a high-potency mushroom indigenous to India and the Indus Valley. It is an albino version of the Malabar Coast mushroom. Shakti has typically 10-12mg psilocybin per gram of mushroom bio-mass, which is roughly double many well-known average potency mushrooms such as Golden Teacher and B+.

Keep in mind that psilocybin quantity will always be the same regardless a mushroom’s potency. More potent mushrooms will simply have less bio-mass to consume. However, more potent mushrooms may also have higher quantities of other tryptamines clients are not required to pay for through Oregon law – including psilocin, baeocystin, norbaeocystin and norpsilocin. Taken together as an entourage effect, these mushrooms may result in an overall greater perceived strength, even with the psilocybin content normalized.

How much does your psilocybin cost?

Our psilocybin analyte is priced simply at $5 per mg. This is broken down as $4 for the pure product cost to cultivate and grow, $.60 for State Tax, and $.40 for overhead such as packaging/labeling and washing our glass jars. We make NO money on psilocybin product and sell it at our overall cost + tax.

An average first-time dose is 24mg, which would come to $120 (tax included). An average SSRI/SNRI dose is 36mg, which is $180. The max we dose (and must be approved by our Center Director, reserved for clients with multiple blunting cofactors) is 48mg, which comes to $240.

How do I lock in a date?

To lock in a date and a facilitator’s time, please first fill out our Eligibility Form, after which you’ll be redirected to schedule a consult with a member of our leadership team (typically Kat and AJ). They will answer your questions, discuss facilitator options, and help you get started with digital intake forms. Your Facilitator will then work with you to lock in a final session date and your room choice. We recommend doing this sooner vs later in the onboarding process, especially if you desire a specific room on a weekend.

I don’t live in Oregon. Am I eligible?

As long as you are 21 or order, do not have health contraindications that the State requires us to screen for, and are able to travel to Portland Oregon for your actual administration session, YES – we can work with you! Prep & Integration sessions may happen over telehealth/Zoom.

How are you different from other Service Centers?

100% FEMALE OWNED & LED: Our Founder and other executive team (COO & Executive Director) are all women-identifying, and also happen to all be moms! Our three female leaders have very different backgrounds: One in corporate & tech, one in mental health and one in relationship, gender & sex education. We believe in the healing power of female leadership and this energy has infused every element of our culture and offerings at Fractal.

LGBTQIA+ EPICENTER: The majority of our Staff are LGBTQIA+ identifying and we are becoming (unofficially) known as a hub for LGBTQIA+ support and identity exploration. We even have a dedicated room honoring this Community – our Rainbow Room.

SPEAKING OF STAFF: Fractal employs a core Staff of facilitators, selected for their skill, aptitude, professionalism and personality. This ensures a consistent process and quality of experience regardless which Facilitator our clients work with, and allows us to use consistent pricing. Many Service Centers just rent rooms to freelance facilitators and have a hands-off approach toward clients. This can lead to inconsistent experiences, pricing, and ultimately a client’s outcome. Freelancer pricing is not always commensurate with experience or skill.

COMMUNITY ORIENTED: Our Center is highly relationship and community oriented. We get to know our clients, stay in touch with them and feel like a ‘self healing family’. Many of our clients are choosing to return again and again, and are invited to work with the same facilitator, a different one, or be part of a group class, in order to continue their ongoing self-improvement practice. We also offer the first and only private online social media & learning platform for psychedelic self-healers, Fractal Community! This is a space our clients can interact with others, receive peer & facilitator support, and stay plugged in. Finally, we offer free and low cost Community events frequently.

ADAPTABLE APPROACH: Many Centers have opted to focus more on the clinical side of psilocybin treatment, or on the spiritual & ceremonial side. In the Fractal Community we proudly hold space for a variety of belief systems, approaches and intentions, so long as they are safe and legal. Our Center Director is equally supportive of psilocybin used as a depression treatment as for mystical exploration of the Spirit world. All are welcome at our Center and we employ a human-first, shared-roots approach to focus on our similarities and connection over our differences and disagreements. Having said that, our space does not feel medical in any way. We have designed every element to be homey and nurturing.

OUR CENTER

Located in the Portland Oregon Metropolitan area (westside, in Beaverton) we are nestled on the top floor corner suite of a quiet, safe professional office building. The Fractal Soul Wellness Center enjoys large size windows overlooking a park with plenty of trees.

PHOENIX 1:1 clients enjoy their own private space for their PHOENIX Session, which allows them to curate the environment how they wish – music, candles/incense, and meaningful photos or mementos from home.

Psilocybin treatment is now legal and available in Portland, Oregon. Expensive international retreats aren’t necessary (unless that’s your thing!)
