Galaxy is our 'Air' & Space themed room, perfect for connecting to life (breath), fostering connection and belonging with all things. It is located between the Lounge & Garden Rooms. It has the largest 'cocoon' sofa at our Center. Facilitators enjoy a leather recliner with heat.

This photo shows Garden with shades up. Garden Room is naturally the room with the most light. We encourage clients to draw the shades when their session commences, to encourage inward focus and reduce distraction.
Garden is our 'Earth' & Nature themed room, perfect for connecting to life (earth) and fostering connection with living beings. It is located between the Galaxy & Rainbow Rooms. It has a smaller 'cocoon' sofa & is our only corner room with two walls of windows. Facilitators enjoy a cream corduroy chaise lounge chair.

the GARDEN
session room
This room is at the back of our building, quiet, dark, and nearest our private restroom as well. It shares a wall with our office tenant (a real estate company) M-F. It tends to be very quiet.
Fountain is our 'Water' & Flow themed room, perfect for practicing surrender and processing grief & gratitude. It is located between the Shadow Room & our office neighbors. It has a large double-chaise cloud sofa & working (optional) fountains. Facilitators enjoy a velvet recliner with heat (may also be used for clients).

This room is also at the back of our building (next to Fountain) and near our bathroom. It is a unique room with a masculine, lodge-like vibe and plenty of floor space. It is our darkest room.
Shadow is our 'Fire' themed room, perfect for doing shadow work, processing grief or trauma, or just being in a cozy, dark space with warmth. It is located between the Fountain Room & the kitchen. It has a black velvet sectional, fireplace and candles. Facilitators enjoy a velvet black chair with ottoman. Floor mats can also be brought in for laying near the fire.

This room is at the side of our building and despite its theme of 'light', can get quite dark when the blinds are drawn (not as dark as shadow and fountain rooms, but darker than garden).
Rainbow is our 5th Room, a non-Elemental room themed with 'Light', perfect for doing inner child work, identity work, creativity, or just being in a safe, innocent space. It is located between the Garden Room & the kitchen. It has a pink velvet cloud couch, art easel and light-catchers. Facilitators enjoy a velvet cream chair with ottoman.

the RAINBOW
session room
This room is located between the Galaxy Room and our Reception area, toward the front of the building. It is over 220 sq ft with a couch and two separate recliners, along with ample floor space, a fireplace & a TV.
Our Integration Lounge is a multi-purpose space intended primarily for reflection. But it is also a licensed administration area, usually used for Couples, Microdosing small groups, or Individuals who feel they need a larger space (such as those who feel claustrophobic easily).
